What does a product test involve?

How often does it happen that consumers still find your product too sweet or too salty? Even though you have produced a large batch to market. As a manufacturer, you naturally want to prevent this from happening.

Or you have developed a dairy product where the intention is that the consumer does not stir the product. After opening the package, it turns out that a large portion of your consumers will stir anyway before serving. Stirring has a negative impact on the taste experience of your product and repeat purchases are not made.

In the Netherlands we can help you answer these questions. We use respondents that we usually select from our panel.

Product or taste tests are usually conducted at our test center in Almere, on location at the customer or throughout the country. In addition to taste tests (see Mobile Panel), we also test product packaging or conduct a store shelf survey and a specific store shelf is built up at one of the locations.
