Telephone research in the healthcare industry

Agencies like Kantar are in the process of adding value to its clients in a different way. In more than 35 years MCM has developed a specialism in the field of the most personal (telephone) data collection. For Kantar, for example, we conduct telephone market research among residents in the Netherlands. During these surveys, Dutch people are asked to give their opinion on a wide variety of subjects. These include topics related to politics, living and housing, and nature and the environment.
