For this research, MCM Research has developed several data collection applications. For example, we can choose to distribute paper questionnaires among the travelers that are automatically processed at our headquarters through scanning. But tablets can also be distributed among the travelers by our interviewers with the request to complete the questionnaire on a tablet. Because we have a national network of interviewers in the Netherlands and Belgium, we are able to serve clients quickly. No station or train is out of reach for us. The response of this method is very good and by measuring on the spot thanks to the efforts of our interviewers it guarantees the best data. All travelers are addressed by our interviewers on the train which guarantees a very accurate and representative sample for the client.
