Internal product inspections for Jumbo Supermarkets

For this sensory assignment we brought together all our knowledge to perform these customized internal product inspections for Jumbo. Participants are offered the products blind by our MCM Research staff in Veghel. During the tasting, participants register their findings via a customized application on a tablet for Jumbo. After a product testing session the results are immediately shared internally during an evaluation meeting of the participants via a dashboard developed by MCM Research. So action can be taken immediately during a discussion around the results. This way Jumbo has an optimal grip on the quality and performance of a number of products.
