Happy Easter
Since Easter last year, we have laid and hatched many special eggs within MCM Research. Eggs that have given even more color to our services and organization. Who would have thought that during this pandemic?
For example, videocalling has made its appearance within our face-to-face research. A valuable addition that guarantees our clients the very best data, after face-to-face collected data. Meanwhile, in Q1, we also conducted over 2,000 videocalling interviews with respondents throughout the country.
For conducting taste surveys, in addition to adapting our Test Centers, we have developed a complete drive-thru concept. Consumers pick up the products and other research materials to then perform the taste test online in the home situation. Ideal for e.g. fresh, chilled or frozen products that cannot easily be distributed in any other way. By the way, our Test Centers in Almere, Utrecht and Eindhoven are also back in full operation. Here we have been receiving smaller groups of participants in a safe and controlled environment again since week 11. We now offer so many proven solutions that we can certainly help you further.
Communicating with our interviewers in the Netherlands and Belgium is now increasingly done through our own application “Atrium”. By developing the portal “Atrium” we can communicate even faster, better and thus more efficiently with our interviewers. A development that guarantees you as our customer the very best data collection, for now and in the future.
Despite all these innovations, we are also looking forward to “old-fashioned” Easter.
